The Administrative & Accounting Specialist will join the Administration team on a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.

The role will contribute to ensuring accurate, complete, and timely accounting records and will support the evolution of administrative processes towards a model that is progressively less focused on manual data entry and more oriented towards verification, control, and the quality of accounting and management accounting data.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing sales invoicing and related accounting entries;
• Processing and recording customer receipts and payments to suppliers and employees, including F24 tax payment forms;
• Recording invoices from professionals and consultants, including the related withholding tax;
• Ensuring the timely, accurate, and complete updating of accounting records;
• Verifying the accuracy and completeness of accounting entries;
• Performing reconciliations and periodic checks on administrative and accounting data;
• Supporting management accounting activities and periodic management controls;
• Providing technical and operational support to the Administration team in day-to-day activities;
• Contributing to the development of the team’s technical skills through on-the-job support and knowledge sharing;
• Supporting the improvement of administrative processes and the progressive reduction of manual data-entry activities;
• Contributing to the introduction and consolidation of working methods aimed at making accounting processes increasingly timely, complete, and reliable;
• Supporting the development of a more control-oriented approach focused on the quality and accuracy of accounting and management accounting data.

Background

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance and Administration and/or Degree in Economics or a related field;
• Previous experience in administrative and accounting roles;
• Good knowledge of general accounting and standard accounting entries;
• Experience in sales invoicing, receipts, and payments;
• Knowledge of the accounting treatment of professional and consultant invoices and related withholding tax;
• Experience in accounting data verification, reconciliation, and control activities;
• Good knowledge of the main IT tools and administrative/accounting software;
• Good knowledge of Excel;
• Previous experience in providing operational support or on-the-job training to other administrative team members is considered a plus.

Contract and Conditions

• Fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave;
• Indicative gross annual salary: €32,000 – €35,000, depending on experience and skills;
• Employment under the Italian National Collective Labour Agreement for the Metalworking Industry (CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria).

The Test Engineer specialized in Plasma Propulsion and RF Antenna Systems will be responsible for testing electric propulsion units and their RF subsystems.
The role focuses on plasma ignition, RF power systems, antenna integration and vacuum testing of electric thrusters.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test campaigns for plasma propulsion systems
• Support integration and testing of RF antenna assemblies
• Operate thermal vacuum chambers for plasma ignition testing
• Measure thrust performance and plasma parameters
• Interface with electrical engineers for power supply and RF system debugging
• Validate system performance under different operational regimes
• Support environmental and qualification testing
• Work in a quality-based environment
• Work on a lean based and agile company

Background

• MSc in Aerospace, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• 1–3 years in electric propulsion or high-vacuum plasma testing
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Plasma physics fundamentals
  • RF systems and antenna integration
  • Vacuum systems and cleanroom procedures
  • High-voltage and electrical test setups
  • LabVIEW / data acquisition systems
